If you feel like buying these desktop PCs then you will have to shell out your pocket money, since the price of these PCs range in between $1,289 to $2,999. These computers from CyberPower should not be even thought of being the Cheap laptops in the market because the price tag is much higher when compared to other laptops in the market. ASUS PL30JT

This turbo technology promises to enhance your computer performance up to 33%.  Since it was unveiled at the CeBIT last Week, the pricing and the release date are unknown yet. But, all we know is the advanced features which laptop is going to catch all the eyes on it.

The features include the Turbo33 Technology as said above and with this technology it contains the 1.06GHz Intel Core i5 CPU along with the NVIDIA’s 1GB GeForce 310M graphics chip set and the Intel’s integrated GMA HD graphics processor. Apart from these features it has got the following specs listed below.

Toshiba introduced 3 laptops in this week .The  Qosmio X505-Q860, X505-Q870 and X505-Q880 are the toshiba laptops. This three are  gaming laptops.

The features are:

1. It provides 18.4-inch (1680 x 945) LCD screen and either an Intel Core i5 or Core i7 processor.

2. It holds 4GB of DDR3 memory.

3. It provides 500GB hard drive and the latest nVidia GeForce GTS360M 1GB GDDR5 gaming-class video card.

The Toshiba Qosmio X505-Q860, X505-Q870 and X505-Q880 are the new X505 18.4-inch gaming laptop models with the Intel Core i5 and Core i7 processors, and the latest NVIDIA’s graphics.

The high-end Qosmio X505-Q880 ships with a 6GB RAM, a 64GB solid state drive plus a 500GB HDD, and a Full HD 1920×1080 LCD display. Sony Vaio w series laptop is the latest laptop for better processing. This is the new version laptop. It provides windows 7 processing. It looks like pretty. Sony is the popular name in the industry.

Even better, the Vaio Eco VPC-W212AX doesn’t even come packaged in a box: it comes inside the shrink-wrapped laptop case itself, which is a somewhat brilliant decision. Doing away with box packaging and offering a free case in one fell swoop is a move we’d love to see manufacturers of all portable gadgets adopt.

And, to Sony’s credit, the Eco Series Vaio W isn’t any more expensive than its existing W line, and looks awfully attractive with its nearly iridescent finish. From an ecological standpoint, the W Eco Series is a thumbs-up.

From a Netbook standpoint, the Vaio W is still an expensive Atom ultraportable. Starting at $480, the Vaio Eco VPC-W212AX does come with a new Atom N450 processor and a 250GB hard drive, but so do many new Netbooks, and often at cheaper prices, although this Eco Series edition with its increased specs does come in at $20 less than the original Vaio W we reviewed. This Vaio W does have a higher-res 10.1-inch screen than many other competitors, but you’ll have to decide for yourself whether a premium-priced Netbook is for you, ecological considerations notwithstanding. Regardless, this is a direction we’d like to see all laptops take in the future.

The Vaio Eco VPC-W212AX does have Bluetooth 2.1 and 802.11n Wi-Fi, connectivity–features not seen on lower-priced Netbooks and also adds a 250GB hard drive instead of the previous version’s 160GB, a welcome upgrade–although the amount of RAM still remains a paltry 1GB. The included OS is Windows 7 Starter, not Home Premium. While Starter can do most of what you’d require for basic computing, its level of customisation and flexibility is limited compared to full-blown Windows 7.

Good points – the use of recycled materials doesn’t affect cost or attractiveness of the Vaio W.

With a chassis made from recycled materials, the Sony Vaio W Eco Series Netbook offers a great example to manufacturers looking to make their laptops greener.

“Our tests showed Windows 7 starts up and shuts down faster than Vista, but the improvement was minor. And general performance was also faster with Windows 7, but only slightly.”

Consumer Reports recently tested 20 laptops, rating features like ergonomics, battery life, and performance. There are plenty of inexpensive laptops out there, but testers caution to beware of rock-bottom prices.

“Some computer makers are using single-core processors instead of dual-core to save money. But if you buy one of these so-called bargains, you might end up with a slower computer,” Gallea said.

That’s not good for creating videos or playing demanding games.

“We found several laptops with dual-core processors that offered solid performance for $600 dollars, or even less,” Gallea said.

One of the least expensive is the Toshiba Satellite l-505 — a Consumer Reports Best Buy at $530.

Among midsized 15 or 16 inch laptops, the Dell Studio XPS 16 was the top rated Windows 7 computer. It sells for around $1,300.

For less, Toshiba Satellite laptops also rated “very good” in tests and have facial recognition software, which signs you on by scanning your face. It’s not a must-have feature but a fun plus on a solid-performing laptop.

If you’re happy with your current computer and operating system, Consumer Reports says there’s no need to upgrade. But if you’re a frustrated Vista user, testers recommend upgrading to Windows 7.

Most computer manufacturers are offering free upgrades to people who’ve bought Vista-based computers from late June 2009 thru January 2010.

In the same vein as the Apple iPad, it’s very much a touchscreen with e-reader functions. What’s more, it’s definitely going to ship this year and come loaded with Google Chrome OS.

MSI UK confirmed that it would see the light of day in some form this year. However, it looks like we’ll see this device in a number of different flavours.

MSI have been talking to LaptopMag in the US and have confirmed that the most likely OS for the twin-packing 10-inch screens will be Google Chrome OS. The dual-screen works on the principle that the top screen is a standard TFT while the bottom screen, which is touch-sensitive acts as the keyboard and input device using haptic feedback.

Alongside a Chrome OS version, we’re also likely to see the MSI dual-screen with Windows 7 helping to give this rather novel device a little more familiarity. With a battery life quoted around four to five hours, this device will very much be on a parr with most ultra-slim laptops of the same size.

Just like Sony updated their VAIO CW notebooks to work with the latest Intel Core i3 and i5 processors, Dell has done a similar move but the processors are better: i5 and i7.

Onkyo Japan  released the C411 series netbook. Onkyo latest netbook offers very similar to the Acer Aspire 532h. onkyo c411 netbook  allows digital TV tuner and a FM / AM radio.

Pretty interesting release since either option is pretty rare on a netbook. Outside of Dell and Kohjinsha (off the top of my head) I can’t recall anyone offering digital TV tuners on netbooks). Only thing not looking too hot is a 3-cell battery lasting about 3.3 hours.

The Onkyo C411 netbooks look pretty similarly to the Acer Aspire 532h, the two tuners on the netbooks seem unusual compared to what other netbooks have. But the downside is the C411 packs with a 3-cell battery that lasts only 3.3 hours.

The Onkyo C411 netbooks are packed with an Intel Atom N450 (1.66GHz) processor, a GMA 3150 graphics, 1GB RAM, 250GB HDD, wireless b/g/n, 0.3 megapixel webcam, loaded with Windows 7 starter, PureScape for TV/radio tuning and it has a 10.1 inch glossy display with resolution of 1024×600.

This netbook equipped with  USB, Ethernet, SD card slot. It is very interested  for attaching to an external antenna to boost the TV/radio signals. This netbook available 1.1kg weights, price at 54,800 yen ($598).

Dell has introduced Vostro V13 Laptop. It consist of 13.3 inch monitor. It looks like pretty.

It feels great to use and it has a decent amount of power under the hood. Best of all, it only weighs around 1.5kg. It’s an almost perfect combination of size, speed and mobility.

An Intel Core 2 Duo SU7300 CPU powers the Dell Vostro V13, and its 1.3GHz clock speed and two CPU cores help move things along swiftly. You can multitask, watch high resolution videos or create media-rich presentations without getting bogged down. Helping the CPU are 4GB of DDR3 SDRAM, a 500GB (5400rpm) hard drive and integrated Intel GMA 4500MHD graphics.

In our WorldBench 6 benchmark suite the notebook scored 67. This means that, in terms of overall system performance, the Vostro V13 is over twice as fast as a typical netbook with a 1.66GHz Intel Atom CPU and 1GB of RAM. In our iTunes MP3 encoding and Blender 3D rendering tests, which primarily test CPU speed, the Vostro V13 was approximately three times as fast as netbook. The hard drive’s performance was also impressive, recording a speed of 35 megabytes per second in our transfer tests. However, it is a big drive and it will inevitably slow down somewhat once you start to really fill it with files.

The screen has a native resolution of 1366×768, plenty of brightness, and adequate viewing angles. The lid is made out of aluminium and does a good job of protecting the screen.

It’s also made out of aluminium, while the palm rest is plastic.
