ASUS PL30JT Laptop with Turbo33 technology

ASUS PL30JT business notebook is one such laptops that comes with the companies own Turbo33 technology.

This turbo technology promises to enhance your computer performance up to 33%. Since it was unveiled at the CeBIT last Week, the pricing and the release date are unknown yet. But, all we know is the advanced features which laptop is going to catch all the eyes on it.

The features include the Turbo33 Technology as said above and with this technology it contains the 1.06GHz Intel Core i5 CPU along with the NVIDIA’s 1GB GeForce 310M graphics chip set and the Intel’s integrated GMA HD graphics processor. Apart from these features it has got the following specs listed below.

ASUS joins the race of producing the All in one PC’s. It showed off its latest product which is a All in one computer named as the ET2010PNT. As we all know that these PC’s are space saving and also carry advanced features which we expect from the computer calling itself as the All in one PC.

Another model from ASUS which has been named as the ET2010AGT which is quite a bit advanced in the features when compared to the ET2010PNT. The features and specifications of both the models are given below.

Features of ET2010PNT :

1) Intel Atom D510 dual core processor

2) NVIDIA ION 3 graphics card

3) 2GB RAM

4) DVD burner and WiFi connectivity

5) 500GB hard drive

Features of ET2010AGT :

1) AMD Athlon II X2 250u processor

Kingston Launches First Low Voltage DDR3 with 1.600MHz frequency. Kingston has put special efforts to make more efficient product, now its came out. Kingston and LoVo combinedly introduced HyperX DDR3 High-Performance memory product with less frequency. Upto yesterday this is the lowest one. Now Kingston introduce 1.600MHz on only 1.25 volts. this is the lowest voltage achieved by desktop PC memory products.

Kingston Technology is proud to say that “we are lead the charge with memory for the new generation”. HyperX dual channel kit will become Kingston’s new flagship product and will be accompanied by two other Kingston HyperX DDR3 dual-channel products as part of the same ‘LoVo’ are combinely participate in 1.35V 1,600Mhz dual-profile kit and the other is a 1,333MHz, 1.25V kit

Cost of these products:

1,600MHz, CL9-9-9-27 (at 1.25v) or 1,866Mhz, CL9-9-9-27 (at 1.35) starts from $203.
KHX1600C9D3LK2/4GX with 4GB memory at 1600MHz (CL9-9-9-27 at 1.35v) is available at $158.

AMD Officially Launched 890GX Chipset

Sunnyvale, California-based CPU and GPU manufactures together introduced 890GX chip set in the beginning of March. The company officially announced the details of 890GX chipset.

The main reason for officially launched now is, it supports the upcoming AMD Phenom II X6 six-core CPU. And the another reason is, 890GX is integrated with ATI Radeon HD 4290 graphics core. It has a clock speed of 700MHz, 40 stream processors and UVD 2.0 support.

890GX contains 1080p Blu-ray format, including dual-screen picture-in-picture and video encoded in MPEG2, VC-1 and h.264 formats. It supports next generation PCI also. AMD says, new motherboards is based on this core-logic and also contain USB 3.0 connectivity. But we need to wait some time to buy this product. Stay tune for more details.

ASUS PC’s have always been refreshing us with the cuteness touch with it. This time Asus is coming up with the swivel-screen multitouch ASUS Eee PC T101MT. In our earlier posts, we mentioned about the Asus swivel-screen multitouch Eee PC, this time it gets official with the portal launched. The features of this Asus swivel-screen multitouch Eee PC T101MT are pretty interesting. They are as follows:

Asus releases EeeTop ET1610PT

The All-in-one computer from Asus has been released and is named as Eee Top ET1610PT. This All in one computer or the nettop has got all the features which a savvy requires. Asus creates magic by producing such computers which have got a drool factor in them. The Display and the features speak about the computer. Here are the specifications of the latest Asus EeeTop ET1610PT.

Specifications:

1) It has got a15.6” touchscreen display.

2) The resolution of the screen is 1600×900 pixels.

Asus EEE Keyboard hasn’t been released

Bad news for Asus, the EEE Keyboard that still hasn’t been released .The Great Wall version will sell for around $570 US in China.

The knockoff version is made by the Chinese company Great Wall, and while the clone version did beat the original to market, there are some serious reasons to wait until Asus releases their version.

The Great Wall version sounds good on paper, 2gb of RAM, a 250gb hard drive, wifi, and a Nvidia chipset and a new Cross PC U510 CPU. It’s lacking the built in battery, it doesn’t support dual displays, and will in fact turn off the touchscreen when you plug a monitor into the machine.

Additionally, when you start to compare features , it really seems to me that it’ll be better to wait for Asus to come out with their version.

Asus Ion 2 Eee PC Netbooks To be Released

ASUS is set to launch several variety of new netbooks . Asus is planning Ion Eee PC to launch in april. According to the report AMD Athlon Neo-based models are coming in the next month and several Ion 2-based systems scheduled for the spring.

The company has already confirmed plans to release an all-in-one, the Eee Top, driven by the Ion 2 chipset, although the recent report is the first indication of an ASUS netbook based on NVIDIA’s second-generation mobile platform

Asus have already confirmed that they are releasing an ION 2 based all in one PC or nettop, which will feature NVIDIA’s ION 2 based chipset and it looks like they will be bringing the platform to their Asus Eee PC netbook range.
Although no details has been confirmed as yet, it looks like we may see the new netbooks this spring, although knowing Asus’s release schedule it could be later in the year as we have only just seen their first Eee PC netbooks with the first NVIDIA Ion chipset.

Oasus has came to an agreement with Boingo Wireless. New Asus Eee PC notebooks handle the WiFi hotspot operator’s software.

Basically, if you pick up an Asus Eee PC 1005PE, 1008P, or 1201N, there’s good chance it will come preloaded with Boingo software for connecting to the 125,000 WiFi hotspots around the world.

ASUS customers will be offered 50% discounts on Boingo’s most popular Wi-Fi access services. Customers receive 50% off the first three months of Boingo Unlimited or 50% off the first month of Boingo Global accounts.

After the promotion period, the accounts will revert to standard charges. A Boingo Unlimited subscription is $9.95 per month for access in the Americas, while a Boingo Global plan costs $59 per month for worldwide Wi-Fi access.
