Good news for the folks who are eagerly waiting for Samsung’s new Galaxy S smartphone – Galaxy S III, as the Korean Electronic Giant will launch the Galaxy S III in April, according to a Samsung-affiliated marketing executive.
Quite interestingly, the rumors regarding Samsung’s Galaxy SIII Launch date has been strike from the Source who believed to have got the confirmed news of the launch of Samsung Galaxy S3 in April.
The Source have got this confirmation from Samsung’s marketing and advertising company, who are planning for a huge UK campaign tying the much-expected smartphone into the 2012 Olympics tipped.
According to the marketers, the Korean Company is pushing ahead with an NFC payments system using the Galaxy S III as its flagship device. On the other hand, collaboration between VISA, Olympics and Samsung had already been unveiled with a special Samsung Olympic and Paralympic Games mobile handset.
Samsung Galaxy S III is tipped to feature a 4.8 inch 1080 HD display for either 720p or 1080p HD resolution, and is equipped with an a 12MP Rear and 2MP Front Facing Camera, 4G LTE. Furthermore, the smartphone is tipped to be armed with a1.8GHz Quad Core Samsung Exynos Processor, and will be running on Android 4.0 upgrade Ice Cream Sandwich, where in NFC is just one of the elements tipped for the new Galaxy S III.
Well, if the alleged the release date of Galaxy S III in April is true, then it’s about a month’s waiting till the time we could have our hands on Samsung Galaxy SIII.
