Apple iPad the hot cake in the web that has grabbed various praises from the folks and as well as from many survey reports. Now here we go with a latest reports from FixYa which states that Apple’s iPad is the least problematic Tablet in the tablets category.
FixYa, a product Q&A site has released the number of support issues logged on its site for many major cell phones and tablets including iOS and Android devices over the holiday season. And in the End, Apple rocks once again.
According to the FixYa reports, the iPhone owners tend to be most interested in fixing battery and call quality problems, while Android users found issues with screen as well as freezing and problematic interfaces. The key issues for the iPad involved charging and connectivity whereas the Samsung Galaxy Tab had app aesthetic and screen freeze issues.
Furthermore, the FixYa’s data as well unveiled the issues which were most prominent with each device, like screen or connectivity problems.
FixYa’s data report note that the top tablets customers had issues with during the 2011 holiday season, the Coby Kyros had the most support questions, trailed by the Samsung Galaxy Tab, the Amazon Kindle, the Sony Reader Touch and the iPad WiFi version with least issues.
FixYa’s data as well covered game consoles that took the top 3 spots for most support questions and visits per device on the site. Microsoft’s Xbox 360 had the most questions, trailed by Sony’s PlayStation 3, and the Nintendo Wii. Considering the top 7 consumer products with the most visits per device was Microsoft’s Office Pro 2007, the Apple iPhone, Samsung Star GT-S5233, and the Nintendo DS-Lite.
