Lenovo strikes with its IdeaPad ultrabooks, which are almost certainly its computing pin-up of CES 2012. Quite fascinatingly, Lenovo has strike with its 4 IdeaPad ultrabooks series known as Lenovo IdeaPad S, Z, G and Y Series at a price tag of $349, $599, $399, and $899 respectively.
Lenovo IdeaPad S Series
Lenovo has unveiled 2 models in S Series known as S200 and S206, the IdeaPad S Series are mini laptops weighs 2.8-pounds and measures 0.81-inches thick featuring 11.6-inch HD widescreen display, armed with Atom dual-core processor (S200) or AMD dual-core processor (S206) and up to 32GB SSD, equipped with 0.3-megapixel webcam, WiFi b/g/n and optional Bluetooth connectivity options, although with low 4hrs of battery life. Both the S Series models will strike the market from June.
Lenovo IdeaPad Z Series
Lenovo offers its mainstream Z Series models in 3 flavors Z580 (15.6-inch), Z480 (14-inch) and Z380(13.3-inch) that are armed with Intel Core processors and up to NVIDIA GeForce GT640M 2GB graphics powering, with 1366 x 768 resolution panels and HDMI outputs. Equipped with various multimedia processing apps depend on the entertainment message, with DVD or Blu-ray drives, WiDi and etc. All the Z Series models will strike the market from April.
Lenovo IdeaPad G Series
Lenovo G Series models are budget-friendly notebooks, which strike the market in June with F480 (14-inch), G580 (15.6-inch) and G780 (17.3-inch) displays. The G Series models are offered with facial recognition, sensible and durable designs and basic multimedia.
Lenovo IdeaPad Y Series
Lenovo Y Series models are known as multimedia machines that kick off in April, with Y480 and Y580 models. Y480 features a 14-inch Full HD display and Y580 has a 15.6-inch Full HD display, where in both the models are armed with Intel Core processors, up to NVIDIA GeForce GTX660M 2GB graphics, further equipped with Dolby Home Theater V4 sound paired with JBL speakers round out a multimedia and gaming powerhouse, whereas the HD camera with night-view and backlit keyboard are smart touches. A TV tuner is optional, and works with WiDi wireless display streaming.
