Origin EON17-S is extremely high end gaming laptop which has been built with high-end peripherals, best way you can say it is a powerful gadget among the latest laptops.
It pools in the entire latest configuration together in a customized version of a Clevo 17-inch laptop chassis, and basically Clevo is a Taiwanese manufacturer that manufacturers generic laptops other computer companies tweak and rebrand as their own.
Generally a hand-assembled and tested, although without the creative proprietary industrial designs like other companies such as Hewlett-Packard and Dell can bring to their own gaming systems, but the real benefit of Origin is it generates the ability not to offer overclocked CPUs, which generically is not found in laptop.
However the positive part is that The Origin EON17-S is a powerful, highly customizable gaming laptop that offers great performance and can even include overclocked components, and the negative goes as the generic chassis doesn’t scream high-end construction, and customizing can drive up the price very quickly.
Considering that the overclocked parts in our review unit were already top-of-the-line an Intel Extreme Edition Core i7-2920XM and an Nvidia GeForce GTX 580M–it’s not too surprising that this configuration costs a huge $3,599.
