Apple iPad 2 Camera: Icons in iOS 4.3 beta 2 Confirms that the next generation iPad will carry a front facing Camera. Particularly, the image is used to overlay icons over your wallpaper selection in the settings menu, shows three new icons and they are FaceTime, Camera and Photo Booth apps.
Coming to the apps, FaceTime requires front and back facing cameras which allow iPad 2 users to video conference with iPhone, iPod Touch and Mac users.
Unlike the Face Time, the Camera app also requires front and back facing cameras. The standard Camera app will allow you to take photos. However, we can confirm whether there will be a back camera.
The Photo Booth app allows users to record photos with various filters and video. Filters are also found in the beta include, Mirror, X-Ray, Light Tunnel, Squeeze, Thermal Camera, Kaleidoscope, Twirl and Stretch.
The iPad 2 is apparently on its way to hit the phone market stores in April.
